Ingredients
  

  • 4 5-oz skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp coarse sea salt or to taste
  • 1 pinch Creole seasoning or more to taste
  • 1 tbsp chicken broth or water

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub chicken with olive oil and season with salt and Creole seasoning.
  3. Place chicken in a broiler pan.
  4. Bake 10 minutes, flip, and bake 15 minutes more.
  5. Remove chicken and deglaze pan with broth.
  6. Drizzle pan sauce over chicken and serve.
