Method
- Whisk vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, herbs, and spices together.
- Pour marinade into a resealable bag and add chicken.
- Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 2–4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-low heat and oil the grates.
- Discard marinade and grill chicken 4–5 minutes per side.
