Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked diced chicken breast
  • 1 15 oz can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 9-inch deep-dish pie crusts, thawed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl combine chicken, vegetables, soup, and milk.
  3. Place one crust into baking dish.
  4. Pour filling into crust and spread evenly.
  5. Cover with second crust.
  6. Seal edges and cut slits on top.
  7. Bake 30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Rest 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Drain vegetables well to avoid watery filling
  • Cover edges with foil if browning too fast
  • Let pie rest before slicing for thicker filling
