Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole chicken cut into 6 pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in the dish.
  3. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 70 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Broil 2–3 minutes for extra browning
  • Works with pork chops
