Ingredients
  

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 pinch poultry seasoning
  • 1 10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 10.5 oz milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle poultry seasoning over chicken.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and milk until smooth.
  5. Pour mixture evenly over chicken.
  6. Bake uncovered for 1 hour 30 minutes.
  7. Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Serve hot with sauce.

Notes

  • Substitute half-and-half for richer flavor
  • Add cheese or mushrooms for variation
  • If sauce thickens too much, add a splash of milk before serving
