Mix Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over both sides of chicken breasts.
Place 1 tablespoon cream cheese in the center of each breast and spread slightly.
Tuck in sides and roll tightly; secure with toothpicks.
Roll chicken in bread crumbs to coat. Cover and freeze for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken rolls on all sides, about 5 minutes.
Transfer rolls to a baking dish.
Bake until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear, about 20 minutes.
Spoon pan drippings over chicken before serving.
