Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • ½ 2-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1⅛ pounds chicken wings
  • ½ tablespoon fish sauce optional
  • 2⅝ cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup glutinous sweet rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken and fish sauce; cook briefly.
  3. Add broth and rice; bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer until rice is creamy and chicken is cooked.
