Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 4 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 celery stalk diced
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing

Method
 

  1. Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook, stirring, until fully cooked and no pink remains (8–10 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and toss chicken with hot sauce until coated.
  4. Lay tortillas flat and divide chicken evenly among them.
  5. Top with lettuce, celery, and drizzle blue cheese dressing.
  6. Fold sides and roll tightly into wraps.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add shredded cheese for extra flavor.
  • Use ranch dressing instead of blue cheese if preferred.
  • Assemble wraps just before serving to prevent sogginess.
