Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Simmer chicken in water until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Dice.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup and mayonnaise.
- Layer chicken in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Add broccoli, soup mixture, and Cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly over the top.
- Bake until bubbly and golden, 25–30 minutes.
