Ingredients
  

  • 5 -oz skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced
  • 10.5 -oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 pound broccoli florets cooked
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup dry stuffing mix

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Simmer chicken in water until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Dice.
  3. Mix cream of mushroom soup and mayonnaise.
  4. Layer chicken in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Add broccoli, soup mixture, and Cheddar cheese.
  6. Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly over the top.
  7. Bake until bubbly and golden, 25–30 minutes.
