Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Simmer sauce ingredients in a saucepan until thickened.
  3. Brush chicken thighs with sauce and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Flip, baste every 10 minutes, and bake until cooked through.
