Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic.
  3. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, and black pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the oil mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange chicken in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle any remaining breadcrumb mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and juices run clear.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
